Richard Coates – CEO

Richard Coates is a highly experienced leader and mentor with over 24 years of service, specialising in cyber security training, programme development, and workforce transformation. He is dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals to upskill and transition into meaningful careers, with a strong focus on resilience, mentorship, and practical learning.

George Bathurst – Lead Consultant

George Bathurst is a seasoned business strategist and technology innovator with extensive expertise in driving growth and managing complex projects. He has a proven track record in fostering innovation, building successful partnerships, and delivering impactful solutions across industries, helping organisations achieve their goals in dynamic and competitive environments.

Huw Morgan – Community Lead

Huw Morgan, born in Liverpool, joined RMA Sandhurst in 1976, serving in Belize and Northern Ireland before studying Geography at Durham. His career included roles as Forward Air Controller, Army Training Regiment commander, and Joint Regional Liaison Officer in Northern Ireland, focusing on resilience with emergency services and local authorities.
